Growth starts from €399 per month paid annually and covers up to 200 products and 500 AI Shopping Conversations. Professional starts from €799 per month and covers up to 1,000 products and 1,500 conversations. Enterprise is priced to your brands, storefronts and integrations. Onboarding is a separate one-time fee.
An AI Shopping Conversation is one complete shopper session with Freja, however many messages it contains. A shopper who asks about sizing, compares three products and saves a list counts once. Conversations are counted per month, per subscription, across every channel you have connected.
Extra capacity is bought in packs of 500 conversations: €59 per month on Growth and €49 per month on Professional. Packs are added to your subscription and unused conversations roll over for three months, so a seasonal peak is not lost. Enterprise capacity is agreed in the contract.
Yes. Quarterly billing is available at a 25% higher monthly rate than annual billing: from €499 per month on Growth and from €999 per month on Professional. Enterprise billing is agreed as part of the enterprise scope. All prices are in EUR excluding VAT.
Yes, onboarding is a one-time fee: from €990 on Growth and from €1,990 on Professional, with Enterprise scoped and quoted with you. It covers connecting your e-commerce platform, structuring your catalogue for AI discovery, setting up Freja in your brand voice and training your team.
Larger catalogues move to Enterprise, which carries unlimited products, custom conversation capacity and regional catalogues. If you are only slightly above the Professional limit we can extend product capacity inside Professional instead. We scope which route fits during the demo.
No provider can guarantee what an independent AI system recommends, and anyone promising it is guessing. What we do is measurable: we monitor how AI systems answer shopper questions in every market you sell in, and improve your content on your plan's cadence. Visibility compounds month over month.
