Who owns the traveller data?
You do. You remain the data controller and Xbrandify acts as processor where applicable.
Is a data-processing agreement available?
Yes. A data-processing agreement is available where Xbrandify processes personal data on your behalf.
Can we set retention periods?
Retention periods are established based on purpose, legal basis and your instructions, subject to technical and legal requirements.
Is traveller data used to train external models?
Your content and traveller conversations are used to operate your own experience, governed by the data-processing agreement.
Where is data processed?
Processing locations and sub-processors are documented in the data-processing agreement.
